I tough firstly that hand painting was easy, but it turn very "not well"

I learn about patience very much

struck the same color for 2-3 layers and still need to wait quite long time

Think and think on the best strategies to overcome and having good paint result,

I just go straight forward, no masking add on.

readjust the misalign brush lead and some more the inconsistence mixture of color.

I try and try my best to have the best result.

In this post, I just shown the result for the both hand and the backpack (I SB and Kit Bashing)

WIP SD SAZABI TURNED INTEGRATED

The SD SAZABI I had previously is not well in articulation

and I cant do nothing much for it.

So I done some kit bashing the kits and some SB for certain part of the kit.

Overall summary

Kit Bashing:

Upper Body + Waist + Hand= SD Cao Cao

Head = SD Sazabi

SB:

The backpack

Armor shield at waist

right hand weapon

Shoulder shield

Explaination:

• Put a lot of tamiya putty on the chest part in order to have sazabi chest trademark "bullet" shape.
• Previous kit looks so simple, so modification is need and I only bring the head of the kit to combine with them.
• SB the pla-plate to have some armor shield at the waist of the kit even on the shoulder of the kit also.
• Implementing and SBing the beam saber launcher to the right hand.
• No legs for this kits, but only prepare somthing like the Zeong. What does it called? nozzle? thrusters?

What happen to the Astray WIP? Sazabi WIP?

Still under progress and still hwaiting and hwaiting for the outcome output of the "art" status.

Yet, I think I would have the SD GroupBuild (GB) to be done first.

Target this week: to finish SB the kit and Prime it.

Sunday: Maybe do some hand painting since my items ordered already arrived!

WIP 7: RED ASTRAY Ver. MK

-:Some update for this WIP Astray Red Frame:-

I change my mind about the shoulder ive done before which I would like to have a movable and stylish shoulder, but when i tried to imagine the mechanism of the build, it seems impossible to create it with limited tools.

So, I change my mind and copy cat the MG and PG Red Astray shoulder which flat wing type.

WIP 1: SD SAZABI Ver. MK

My WIP (work In progress) before this also havent finish yet. But then because of the group build, The details as below:

Current GroupBuilds

LYN SD BB Gundam Thread 1st Official GroupBuild
1st November 2010 to 31st December 2010

Rules & Regulations:

1. SD, BB and D-Style mecha only.
2. All kits must be painted. Hand paint, airbrush, or just marker. No paint = not qualified
3. Time frame is 2 months, starting on the 1st of November, and final date is 31 Dec. Then we can have gathering circa that time.
4. The GB is divided into 2 parts: competition or just joining. Only newbies can join the compy. How 'new' you are is self assessment
5. For the competition, GB member will judge and vote. There will be prizes
6. Upon completion, we will meet up somewhere (location TBD) to showoff our works. For those who can't make it, photos would suffice.

WIP 6: RED ASTRAY Ver. MK

Work in progress today nothing but just simple update on what Ive done this week. Currently found a new method to make my Gundam looks more interesting~

WIP 5: RED ASTRAY Ver. MK

After working hour, I straight go to rm2.00 shop and searching for the tools. I expect to have RM2.00 tools but the price seems not showing rm2.00. (only certain things can be bought rm2.00). I try my luck to use set of knife which made from china. almost 4 hours using it and i can say its ok and relevant with its price, RM6.00. Then I also bought 'Tack-It', you guys know what is this item used for in gunpla modelling arena rite? hehe

MODELLING TERM, ARCHIVE

I taken all this word from a forumer which I found really interesting for a beginner to start in this arena. Do Enjoice~ HAHA

Noob- a term used toward newer modelers. While this term simply states the modelers time into the hobby it can easily be used as an insult toward them or others works.

GunPla- a Japanese term for Gundam Model kits. Gun - Gundam, Pla - Plastic.

PlaMo- basically for Plastic Model.

WIP 4: RED ASTRAY Ver. MK

I managed to do something to the leg of the Red Astray.

The 'shoe' seems very difficult to change its appearance maybe because this kit been made to be awesome without modding~

I try and try seem that the 'shoe' looks so more dull and empty. The pictures as below:

adding some pla-plate to the body..

i was thinking on doing serious heavy using pla-plates, but than ive no idea to attach them to this kit. This kit looks perfect already but maybe just need some detail to raise the ascetic value of the build.

Wow.. now i brave enough to proceed to another project. Basically, what im doing until today were practicing to improve my hand ability crafting this special plastic kit. My target is hopefully to join BAKUC for the upcoming years but not BAKUC this year lorh..

ACTION BASED CLEAR COLOR VERSION

Just little update. Today, I received my order from G-Wing Marketing.

The order consists of:

1. Action Based Clear
2. Action Based Clear
3. Mr. White Putty

I was glad to received the items. So next time I can display my gunpla especially MG version in any pose.

ARMORED TITAN COMPLETED- AFTER 'SOME' DETAILING AND DONE

At last, I can take very-very deep breath for this project. Such a massive pla-plating and SB-ing. Modding every part of the gundam itself. Ive done until priming all the gundam MK-II parts. No intention to paint the kit as I found out the mr surfacer color was nice too..

After completing the SD, I now moved to HG version and I choose HG Titan MK-II where i bought it assembled and loose part already from LYN forumer. I took some inspiration from juliuslim (ZeroGunz Forumer)'s PG. The PG was awesome and great. I tried my best to have my HG doing pla-plates and bla-bla..

LITTLE UPDATE

Yesterday just received my plastic Plate from mr. Agent man in pain. Really excited to use them and behold my 1/144 MKII, I will turn you to perfect armor version by this weekend.

Im new in painting this gundam. My first time of using those color was not very good indeed. I don now where does the faulty came from. Is it from the brush (I use cheap art brushes), the cheap one or is it from myself that i don have the talent to color them?~

Hi reader and gunplas modellers, welcome to my blog.hehe. This is my new blog actually on behalf hobbies matter. Before this I tend to buy so many gundam (not many maybe~) but now don have enough money, so i though maybe i should modify some of my gundam rite now. And I choose my SonShoko Gerbera.

This item were very hard to find in Muar, Johor. So i buy them online from MGS.COM. The price was ok, recommended to all. They sell many items related to gunpla modelling. So for me, this month maybe no buying gundam. Start painting? First time meh? Handpainting~ Customization.

Kinda mess this week, cant concentrate with hobbies but I managed to assembled a Tenshiho Shibal Sazabi. This kit got two different red molded parts.What the?.Really not suit with this BB. I need to find the solution. So, buy the Mr.Color~...

MARKERING AND HOTWHEELS

I bought this kit from one of the LYN forumer for about one month ago. Finally got time to assemble this kit for today at 8.00 am Sunday morning. Gosh, should be this time I tido already. And I don no since doing practical, i cant sleep until 12pm in the noon..haha.

This kit tooks about plus minus one hour to assemble. let the pictures talk..

why i choose this kit?? maybe you all will know at the end of this post.
